Eligibility guidlines are use to determine if you qulify for our services. If you exceed the guildlines, you can request a hearing berfore the circuit court judge. At this hearing, you will be required to explain your special circumstances that require an appointed lawyer.

There are a number of other factors that are considered in deciding whether or not to provide free legal services, and it never hurts to try even if you make a little more than the guidelines dictate. Please bring pay stubs, social security check stubs, or any other proof of income or financial hardship when you visit our office to fill out an affidavit or bring one with you already filled out.
